Public Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday the 8th of August Town of Digby Council adopted the following By laws: Deed Transfer Tax and Respecting the Distribution of Flyers By Law

By-law # 2023-01

By-law # 2023-01 The Deed Transfer Tax By Law was adopted by Digby Town Council
The objective of this By-law is set the amount of Deed Transfer Tax applied to the sale of every property transferred by deed.
This by-law comes into force according to law.
Any person may consult said by-law in the link below or obtain a copy at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 147 First Avenue in Digby from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

By-law # 2023-02 Respecting the Distribution of Flyers By Law was adopted by Digby Town Council 
The objective of this By-law is regulate the distribution of flyers within the Town of Digby.
This by-law comes into force according to law.
