Digby Marketing and Promotions Levy By Law

By-law # 2022-03 Digby Marketing and Promotions Levy was adopted by Digby Town Council at a regular meeting of Town Council held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday the 3th day of October, 2022 at the Town Hall, 147 First Avenue, Digby, Nova Scotia.
The objective of this By-law is to regulate the collection and administration of the Digby Marketing and Promotions Levy in the Town of Digby.
This by-law comes into force according to law.
Any person may consult said by-law in the link below or obtain a copy at the Office of the Town Clerk located at 147 First Avenue in Digby from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
