Digby is situated in the South West region of Nova Scotia overlooking the Annapolis Basin & Digby Gut gateway to the Bay of Fundy. Digby experiences some of the highest tides in the world and home of The Worlds Famous Digby Scallop Fleet.
The Town is located off exit 26 which can be accessed via Highway 101 and follow route #303 . The Town has a geographic area of 3,15 kmĀ² and is approximately an three hour drive from Halifax. It is also a one hour drive from Yarmouth ferry terminal.

The Town of Digby houses a number of historic (circa 1871) country inns and quaint bed and breakfasts, cafes, restaurants, and a full service marina for our yachting visitors Yacht Club, and a variety of specialty gift shops and retail outlets.

Digby is served by a variety of doctors, dentists, chiropractors and other healthcare professionals. Health care services are provided in Town through the Digby General Hopsital
