Approval of Development Agreement Digby Area Housing Coalition Society 81 Montague Row

Digby Area Housing Coalition Society Notice is hereby given that at a Council meeting held on February 4, 2025 the Digby Town Council approved entering into a Development Agreement with the Digby Area Housing Coalition Society to permit the redevelopment of civic 81 Montague Row (PID 30229785) for the purposes of establishing a 34-unit residential dwelling units, associated common use facilities and multi-purpose space as proposed in the application and associated Site Planning and Building Details dated December 2, 2024.

Pursuant to Section 247 of the Municipal Government Act notice is hereby given that any aggrieved person or adjacent Municipality may appeal the decision of Council to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board within fourteen (14) days of the publication of this notice.
