NOTICE OF ADOPTION By-law #2025-01
By-Law # 2025-01 A By-law to Repeal Taxi By law was adopted by Digby Town Council at a regular meeting of Town Council held at 6:00 PM on Monday April 7, 2025, at the Town Hall, 147 First Avenue, Digby Nova Scotia.
The objective of this By-law is repeal Taxi by-laws in the Town of Digby.
This Bylaw comes into force according to law.
Any person may consult said by-law in the link below or obtain a copy at the Office of the Town Clerk, located at 147 First Avenue, Digby from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM

WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS TOWN OF DIGBY
(l) Under the authority of Section 202 of the Motor Vehicle Act, as Traffic Authority for the Town of Digby, I make the following temporary regulations:
(a) No person shall park on any street in the Town of Digby between the hour of twelve midnight and the hour of seven o’clock in the forenoon of the same day.
